Air Service One – Bitesize Analysis of the Day – 20th January 2026 – Top 15 airlines between Europe and Asia

Bitesize Analysis

Turkish Airlines will offer twice as many seats between Europe and Asia in 2026 Q1 as any other carrier, according to AIR SERVICE ONE analysis of Cirium schedules data. It is also among the fastest-growing of the top 15 airlines in this market, where overall market growth is around 13%.

Wizz Air‘s high ranking is due to its many flights from Europe to Armenia and Georgia which Cirium classifies as being in Asia. Both Wizz Air and Pegasus Airlines would drop out of the top 15 rankings, if the metric used were ASKs (Available Seat Kilometres) rather than seats.

Among the top 15 Asian country markets the biggest growth rates are in Malaysia (+63%), Vietnam (+29%) and Armenia (+25%). Among the top 15 European country markets (by seats) the biggest growth rates are in Sweden (+38%), Denmark (+36%) and Spain (+28%).
