Milan Bergamo Airport is expanding its German network this summer with a total of 46-weekly flights to eight destinations as Eurowings becoming the latest airline to add new service to Italy’s third-busiest airport.

The LCC inaugurated 2-weeklly flights between Hannover and Milan Bergamo on 6 May, operating on Mondays and Fridays, increasing to 4-weekly on 4 September, with an additional rotation on Wednesdays and Sundays. Hannover is seen as an important addition to Milan Bergamo Airport’s network of destinations as the German city plays host to major international trade fairs and will provide a vital link for business travellers as Germany is Italy’s largest trade partner.
