The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) set out to create a world-class airport experience for its passengers with the opening its new terminal in November 2019. With features including an in-line baggage system, consolidated security checkpoint, additional parking facilities, and amenities that include over 40 shops and restaurants, bottle filling stations, in-seat charging outlets, and fast, free Wi-Fi, the new facility’s modern design has improved the travel journey for passengers. In addition to the physical attributes of the new terminal, MSY has prioritized customer service initiatives and programs to create an inclusive and relaxed airport experience.
