What they said

Kevin Doyle, UK Country Manager at easyJet, said: “We’re excited to be launching a new route and packages from Manchester to another popular European destination, providing customers with even more choice and connectivity. In our 30th year, we are set to operate our biggest ever flying programme this summer, offering more than 50 million seats to and from the UK, and remain committed as we ever have been to making travel easy.”

Manchester has flights to 200 destinations this summer

Manchester Airport has passenger services to 200 airports during the 2026 summer season. 156 are in Europe, 16 are in Africa, 11 are in Asia, seven are in the Middle East and North America and three are in the Caribbean.

Compared to the previous summer, three continents have more capacity: Asia (+37%), Europe (+3%) and Africa (+1%). However, three continents/regions have fewer seats: North America (-24%; due to Aer Lingus ending two US routes), the Caribbean (-16%; due to Aer Lingus ending its Barbados route) and the Middle East (-10%; mainly due to the war in Iran).

With 454,000 one-way seats, Dublin remains Manchester’s most-served market. A total of 104-weekly outbound services are available to Dublin in July, provided by Aer Lingus (55) and Ryanair (49).

Unlike last summer, 12 destinations now have Manchester flights: Algiers, Bari, Castellón, Delhi, Exeter, Lahore, Ljubljana, Montpellier, Palermo, Rimini, Samos and Southampton. Only Chisinau no longer has Manchester flights.

Over 50 airlines serve Manchester

Manchester Airport has 12.5 million one-way seats during the summer of 2026, up 2% on last year. It will provide three-quarters of the capacity within the Northwest of England.

Manchester Airport is served by more than 50 airlines. Medium and long-haul operators include Air Canada, Air Transat, Biman Bangladesh, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Ethiopian Airlines, Etihad Airways, Gulf Air, Hainan Airlines, IndiGo, Juneyao Air, Kuwait Airways, PIA, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, Saudia, Singapore Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

With 3.3 million one-way seats and 27% of the airport’s total, Ryanair is the leading operator. It is the ULCC’s ninth most-served airport this summer, out of the 222 facilities in its entire network. It has 82 routes from MAN. Compared to last summer, Castellon and Rimini have been added to its network, but Memmingen flights have ended.
