Capacity Update

Avelo (XP)

Suspended HVN to JAX from February onward.
Increased capacity 6% and 5% week over week in January and February, respectively. Capacity increases are largely due to HVN to DAB; and RSW/ROC to LAL increases.

Avianca (AV)

Suspended Guayaquil (GYE) to MIA from December onward and Barranquilla (BAQ) to FLL from November onward.

Delta (DL)

Added special MSY flights for Mardi Gras in February from AUS and SEA.
Added spring break flights from BOS in April to ECP and VPS.
Suspended two Puerto Vallarta (PVR) routes from April 12 onward: MSP and SEA.
Removed DTW to SMF from future schedules.
Suspended SEA to Cancun (CUN) from May 6 onward.
Reduced capacity from December through May in LAS to RDU and then suspended service from June 7 onward.
Suspended ATL to ANC from March through May 26.

Ethiopian (ET)

Suspended Addis Ababa (ADD) to ATL from November 3 through 29 and February 2 through May 16.

Hi-Sky (H4)

Suspended Bucharest (OTP) to JFK from November through December 17 and from January 9 onward.

Icelandair (FI)

Filed new service from Reykjavik (KEF) to STL from May 14 through October 24 with four weekly flights.

Kuwait Airways (KU)

Pushed the resumption of service from Kuwait (KWI) to JFK from November to December.

Southern Airways Express (9X)

Will no longer provide Essential Air Service (EAS) for three airports: Bradford, PA (BFD); DuBois, PA (DUJ); and Imperial, CA (IPL). SkyWest will serve BFD, Contour will serve DUJ and Advanced Air will serve IPL.

United (UA)

Added Consumer Electronics Show (CES) flights from Tokyo (NRT) to LAS in January.

Volaris (Q6)

Filed new service from Guatemala City (GUA) to MCO from December onward with four times weekly flights.

Note: Correction from last week. Vail/Eagle County (EGE) will not be closed due to runway reconstruction, that is Aspen (ASE).
